Invalid Response Format when sending for compilation

Hi, 
Can you please point me in the right direction.
I'm trying to compile my first app. 
I get an error: Invalid response format see attached file
My settings are in attached file 
I use Joomla 4.2.2 and PHP 8.2.13
I have Curl and JSON installed

Hi,
I've just solved it: my installation was in a subfolder without a subdomain.
I did a new installation after implementing a subdomain.
Now it works!
